70 or 170 gram Japanese paper?

Japanese paper from Awagami with only 70 grams is perhaps one of the thinnest papers you can print on with an inkjet printer. This ""thinness" makes the paper slightly transparent, which creates beautiful effects and an excellent, delicate expression.

Our 70 gsm Awagami paper is white in tone with a very fine-grained yet organic surface.

170 grams paper, on the other hand, is a good deal more solid, is not as transparent and looks more like a regular paper even though the surface and "feel" differs from other papers.
